Off Court Programs

Functional Interval Tennis Training (FITT)

In this program we will teach and train our players in the athletic fundamentals so crucial to top performance in their tennis games.  Our off-court training will be taught by our knowledgeable tennis staff all of whom have the skills necessary to inspire and train our young athletes.  By allowing our on-court staff to train our students, we have the opportunity to focus on each student’s particular needs to ensure well rounded skills and an all-around level of success. Each age group and level will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen the overall athletic foundations crucial to all tennis players.  Our FITT class is highly recommended as an additional supplement to each of our athletes on court activities.

Sergei is a Physical Training Specialist that possesses extensive knowledge and a strong understanding of the functions and vital processes of the human body to effectively design and deliver physical fitness training programs and personal nutrition.
